This change did nothing but make it harder to ogcd rotations for people. All this lag still exists and I quote another friend:

In short the game is simply worse with the move for more people then it helped.

Wow the entitlement is real. Oceania have had to deal with 150ms ++ ping for years dude. Get with the times and shove that privilege elsewhere.
