Sorry, slightly confused and just want to clarify: You're saying, for example, you press the analog stick to the left and it has a delay between when you pushed it and when the character moves to the left? If so that's a client-side problem, ping doesn't affect that. I'm not actually sure how you improve your ping on PS4, I remember reading somewhere that you could set up a VPN on your router but that's the only vague information I know.
