You do know that the only thing that can get better are just some possible new routes right? And even then the chance would be slim since I assume all ISPs would of had all their DNS tables sorted by now or else the data center transfer would of just not happened. I'm not saying it'll never get better, just that if something does get better it won't be SE leaning on the service providers, especially in the US.
