    Miami -> Sacramento: 90ms

    Hurricane Electric:
    Miami -> Montreal: 47ms
    Miami -> Sacramento: 100ms


    Montreal is MUCH closer to Florida than Sacramento is in a straight line as well, ~1400 miles vs ~2500 miles.
