Not an isp issue if a large amount of the population sees the problem on different isps on different distances, etc. All I see here is the few people commenting simply does not see the delays. It is very annoying. The support desk and FC chest is still ungodly slow too. (most likely moogle mail too but I need to be sent a few items to test that, lol)

Well the people that post here on the forums are only a small portion of the population that play XIV.
