If ping of 100 is unplayable then I have never been able to play since mines been over 330 whole time I have been playing and now its 31 not sure how its going to affect game now having a low ping.

Honestly, my Ping wends down to 50 which is nice granted i live in the south, so, we tend to always not have the best net when all the MMO comps put their servers in CA.

So you shouldn't really be moaning honestly some people have it worse then you heck, i played a MMO once it was in south Korea once and i lag like hell.

with my bad net i lag alot anyways be grateful with what you got, 100 ping isn't that bad.

I got 90/100ms before the move, I now get 200/210ms from the UK with no tunnelling service. I suppose it'll be bye bye Gilgamesh soon for me

I'm still yet to test it as I'm at work but I won't hesitate to move to another server if the latency is too noticeable

There's more than one US DC, I can't comprehend why they didn't put one in FL and the other in CA or something. Or at least one in Central US I'm European so my geography is meh when it comes to states placements, but AZ/Michigan are kinda middle states aren't they?

I don't play on a NA server but I still pinged the servers out of curiosity. I got 175ms. In EU, I'm currently playing with 25 and had around 100 when the servers were in Canada. I live in southern France.

Many people were begging for central, especially Michigan where Switch is moving in and offering space.

Kinda weird for me, I play EU DC anyway but I was curious, I had 120~ on old, now 173. I looked at it and was like "That isn't even that bad", but that's probably because I play a lot of Chinese server MMOs including the Chinese edition of ff14 and I'm fairly used to 280~ MS.

I have no clue what it was before, but it's sitting at 180 at present. I'm in the UK.

I imagine there's methods to improve it somehow, so I'll be looking into those as at present I haven't done anything to mitigate any issues.
