I tracert for the neolobby (thanks google, lol) and it times out in sacramento, but first it sends me all the way to Seattle then San Jose, then sac town.

Since it times out does that just mean the path isn't 100% realized yet and it could just be waiting until the servers are up for the destination to finalize?
