After hearing how SA's routing works, I'd just about agree that it could stand to be more eastern than it is.

It's just conjecture if we're going player only basis. If we're going by actual population, the East Coast has at least 115 million residents while the West has about 50-60 million.

Don't forget about the eastern side of the central states, that a huge population too negatively effected by this, not just the the most eastern part of the USA. I would bet everything I own that there is a larger population that was mild to severely negative impacted, then those this helped. (Don't forget EU, south America, etc as well)

Extremes are never good, never a true resolution, compromises need to be made, it is time they look at the coding. No reason to wait eons for lusterate to work, and monsters get no animation delay.

Not entirly true, many bosses have animation delays, which is why groups dont wipe on ultima in dun scaith when supernova goes off just before he dies.

Has he tried a VPN/tunneling service? Unfortunately, it's practically a requirement to be able to play this game for a lot of people.
