But even that would have worked as well, if less comfortably, in Dallas, no?

The move they made was the best move. Two thumbs up!
Don't forget to hug your favorite LALA!

My ping went from 150 to around 410-430 so I mean... that's a pretty big change on my end. I'm trying to time things to dodge now and it's just not working out in my favor. I have to become a psychic.

From 6 to 98
hmm..

I've played with 460 ping before, you have to play a class that is a caster for sprint, and learn boss rotations. Most bosses actually use their special abilities at set intervals. With titan ex, the time periods between tulmults, landslides and weights are around the same, so you eventually get the feel of it, and move before the aoe appears.
You may have to do a server move like I had to when EU Servers moved (this is what made me have 460 ping), to find a server with better ping.

I was going to try a different server but the EU and JP servers are worse, around 500+ ping.I've played with 460 ping before, you have to play a class that is a caster for sprint, and learn boss rotations. I know I can eventually train myself to deal with the new ping but after so long of being at one, it's like... ugh.
And especially at such a -drastic- increase out of the blue.

Have you tried any ping lowering program thingies like WTFast and Pingzapper? It might helpI was going to try a different server but the EU and JP servers are worse, around 500+ ping.

Before the server move, I had 260 to NA servers without pingzapper, to 180 with pingzapper.
Now with the server move, I have 180 without, and 160 with. There's free trials that you can use, if you want to try them, but not buy them

Eh, I just starting using Mudfish. It's an extra cost, but it's like 2 dollars for months of gameplay at a sub 100 ping again.
