And in housing areas? like Mist and the new one in 4.0?

A community rep said they were considering working on swimming pool outdoor furnishing a while back when we had a thread for it.
So far only Costa Del Sol. Ishgard is too cold. The Housing wards are going to have to go through a major re-design first because..well...Ul'dah has a serious lack of swimming areas in the Goblet. Which would make the Mist far too popular.
No more cast bars for Bard! Thank you, Yoshi-P! All hail our lord and savior!
If only The Goblet was more like its concept art. Plenty of swimming area down below if only we could access it.

I think the patch notes specified 2.x and 4.x - that to me suggests that no 3.x areas have been designated for swimming, but you never know.

Probably just Costa de Sol and Mist - those are the 2 areas I would go to swim anyhow xD
(aside from the super nice hidden spots across Eorzea but that's just me)
They could make the middle pool in Goblet a bit deeper for swimming. Lavender Beds has a beautiful unused lake so I would really love having swimming in all housing areas. Even Ishgard if we ever get a housing area there. Ice water isn't too cold to swim in, people do it all the time. And there could be a hot pool too if needed.

Mist has been denied the swimming thing until all the housing areas can have swimming areas. I do not know where else the gave us swimming aside from Costa Sol. Oo (Mind you. I wouldn't have minded allowing Mist to have it. That would leave many other open areas for me to pounce on come the new one's opening.)
No Mist because it would be unfair to the other districts. They're thinking about changing the others so they all incorporate swimming.
