So from gear perspective what will you guys wear on head? The Maat's cap or Silver Tricorn +1 Melded with Inteligence?
Ill propably go with both.

I would say the tricorne, provided you have a good int materia on it, I have both, but tend to favor the tricorne on my pug due to the +17 int materia on it

what i've noticed, is fire stance gave me +200~ attack

It's definitely the fire resist. I used it on some Ixali and my damage increased. Even with fire stance I was on par with a Mrd friend I duo'ing with at Zahark. I was using Earth fists and taking the same dmg he did in Colbalt.

i used it on a 40 mob and it's indeed lowering my damage... (on a raptor).
and my damage got higher on a 46 salamander... lol

again i think raptors are fire based

EDIT: Wow! Earth fists and protect boosts my defence from 488 to 700!!!

I hear that you can heal ifrit with fire , is that true?
Fire fists boosts my attack from 555 to 686

The stances do say that they turn your attack to that element, not only the bonus dmg. That's what I overlooked when testing it and yeah... when fighting fire mobs i do less damage
