My housing plot got wrongfully relinquished!

Hi I play on Cerberus in the Chaos datacenter and I worked my ass off to buy a mansion when we last recieved a new update with more wards. And lately I have as so many other people decided to just log in to reset the timer on the house just to be able to keep what has been worked hard for to get.
Take note that I do this with my alternative character as well who owns my nowadays inactive fc with a small house.

So when I logged in the other day after almost weekly reseting the timer on my fc house with my alt character and my main and its mansion (Goblet ward 12 plot 60) it was to my frustrated suprise to see that someone else now own my plot of land (mansion) a lvl 1 and a lvl 50 on top of that and i have played the game long enough to see gillbuyers like that far to often..But the fc house still stands under the same ownership after doing the very same thing on my both characters. Anyway what makes me frustrated is that I log in every week to second week just to go in the house and reset the timer so i know for sure the timer was reseted when this happened and on top of that no emails were sent out at all. So something very wrong happened here and I would like to ask if there is anything someone can do about this? Because if it can happen to me that i get kicked out of my house for inactivity whilst being active enough to reset the timer,then it can happen to others and its not okey!

I did however go to the npc that gives me my 80% plot price back and my furniture,was thinking "i might as well take back the items and claim the gil before the game steals that from me as well for no reason". So sure I got the 80% value on the plot back but the point is I wrongfully lost my house that I worked my ass of to get.
Hope i get some response to this on how and what can be done if anything at all.

Was the mansion a personal house, or FC house? And, if it was a personal house, were you resetting it with your alt, or with your main, whom I'm assuming owns the mansion? Only the owner can reset timers on personal housing; alts and tenants cannot.

The mansion was my personal house and i kept reseting the timer with the main character who owned it.
And the fc house where my alt is the leader i reseted on the alt with.

And according to this site I shouldve gotten 2 emails one on separate occasions and i checked all my email accounts and there was nothing from SE giving me warnings:
