I submitted an in game request for replacement due to the fact when I used the rewards one it didn't properly work. It did change the race of my character but did not allow me to customize it. I then tried to use the aesthetiatian to see if that worked but it didn't. so I replied back to in game request and they said to submit it here in the bug forum.
