Hello all the Developers and Customer service members i will begin with a link to your forums

that was 4 years ago and was never resolved. the posters found a way around it so im going to ask nicely since i paid for this game and for the last week and a half my game Launcher has not once updated nor does it have any login or password entry bars. i have written 3 e-mails all came back this morning cant be resolved contact us via phone or web chat. i have contacted via web chat twice and was told to lower my firewall settings done and the second time reset my router done. i got pissed off so i called the first one 4 minuets into his call threw his arms up and declared i cant help you post on the forums. second one said the same. this is your answer to a paying customer. so lets recap all the things i did to try to resolve this problem
1. delete boot file from launcher. done (did this twice)
2. uninstall and reinstall the NA launcher. done (did this 4 times)
3. lower firewall settings and make FF a trusted program (done)
4. reset router (done 3 times)
5. run the launcher as one is already running to give it a jump start (done 3 times)
6. uninstall entire software and start fresh (done 4 times)

my games point of origin is the squire enix store and i Downloaded the way most PC players did

this was working last Wednesday

possible problems with launcher form my perspective
1. launcher isn't getting the information correctly
Solution. Let me have the raw updates and update it manually
2. my ISP is at fault
Response. Unlikely been using the same ISP the entire tme i played
3. I did move my PC physically to a new IP configured network to my home network i moved from my college to back home
Response. is this is the issue your game is very faulty and should be reworked network end
4. a problem with the launcher application in general
Response that is what i think it lies so i have no clue about whats wrong

Intact i have the only error message i got from the launcher and a picture of what i am dealing with the Version is wrong and so isn't the login area of the launcher everything else is up to date
