There's housing on my realm. On district 9 Goblet there's several small lots open.

Coeurl has open lots. (There's a small plot open next to my large house that I was actually considering buying just to have a "garage" since it seems like no one wants it!) It's also relatively drama free. We have our share of idiots in shout and early pullers, but most FCs, linkshells, etc. are small to mid-ranged, not enough people to really get a proper war going if anyone starts sniping at each other. It's rare but not impossible to find player events and such. (I think someone runs a maid cafe from time to time?)

Our market is okay. You can certainly make money from crafting here, but the cost of basic items is probably higher (due to fewer crafters overall) than on bigger servers.

Despite being sparsely populated, Idyllshire always has plenty of people to talk to, and it's not a small enough server to give that feeling of "Oh, I know every single one of these people already."

Coeurl's raiding scene is not great. Most serious raiders transferred back during Midas time to Gilgamesh. Even farm parties for primals before the cross-world PF was added could be very lulzy. ("Is this a real farm or a Coeurl farm?" was a thing people legitimately used to ask.) However, now that cross-world PF is available, you can clear and farm anything, up to and including savage raids, so Coeurl's clear rates seem to be rising.

You won't find the constant chatter of Balmung on Coeurl, so it may seem like a very quiet place. However, people on Coeurl in general seem to be an okay lot, willing to meet new people and not elitist. Said this before, but as a group, I feel like Coeurlians tend to be a very sarcastic and wry bunch. We've seen some shit, man.

Jenova still had houses available in all cities when the new wards were released for a good couple of weeks. Houses are all claimed now, but they do often come available with demolitions.

We have a RP community. We have raiders but that's not our focus like other raid-heavy servers. We have a fair number of tradeskillers and you can make money with crafting and gathering pretty easily. I'm not on too much during the day but I know we're pretty active in prime time US periods.

Indeed, we have only two wards actually full :P Every other ward has multiple plots free to claim!

If you want housing space, then I'd definitely suggest you consider my server, the housing ward my FC house is in only has 8 houses built, 22 vacant plots (granted it's in the Goblet, a subdivision, and in one of the most recent wards, but still...)

Most wards have a least a couple of empty plots, mostly for small and medium houses.

Wow! Really? Coeurl's Mist and Lavender Bed plots are more or less all taken.
