Main scenario dungeon issue (URGENT)

I wasn't sure to put this under the 'bug' section or the 'dungeon' one but here goes:
So I'm queued for the main scenario dungeon, the finale of the game preceding the only credits sequence I've seen in an MMO to date and the culmination of 40+ hours of carefully construed narrative and build up, and I cannot partake in any of the engrossing set pieces because the instance is over so quick, by the time I finish watching my first cutscene with Cid Van Baelsar proclaiming he was my father all along the other players have already acquainted themselves with the final boss and I can even hear dialogue from future battle sequences I've yet to experience blaring through the dungeon-wide loudspeakers during, and suffice to say this ruins my experience.
