    Northeast of Thunder Bay, if you've heard of that. Small mining town.

    Yes I'd wager most people know of Thunder Bay.
    But this also explains a lot. You're like... in the middle of nowhere

    You could try a VPN, one specifically got games like WTFast and such but I don't know how much they'll help you.
