    Special Task Force language.

    When looking over the credits, it appeared that there were only 4 people in the special task force whom I believe from what I've been told are the ones that deal specifically with the bot reports. Do reports have to be translated before this task force receives them or can they fluently read english? I'm curious if per-translating reports they specifically deal with (if they don't read english) would speed up the process?
