Ha! I remember laughing every time I saw a ninja, the master of stealth, running around in BRIGHT, EYE STABBINGLY ORANGE gear. And the screenshot with the miss reminded me of the dark times when I would buff up with everything I had and proceed to promptly miss all 4 hits of Guillotine.
Two peanuts are walking down the street. One is a salted.
I main was BLM/WHM I was having fun with those magic burstI had to learn Japanese to hang out with Japanese player otherwise I was doomed with NA player who did not know how to do skill chain lol.
Also, I could never afford those elemental staff. My main source of income was selling fire crystal until I found a map where you could mine adamantium ore which sells for 500,000gil perI still miss skill chain and magic burst...

I miss the sneak and invis.. and not because it was so much fun "Re-applying" it... but because of the old school challenges of getting PAST a zone.
ANYONE who grew up in Windurst knew the TIME it took for a LEGIT run to Jueno... Ferry Ride here, a sneak invis there.... or very crafty running in a zone to wait for a mob to turn its back. This was the great time. The challenge of actually "ADVENTURING!" Now its just teleport and go. Really hoping we get a Ferry ride to the new town..
Btw.. Here, 1st time getting Chocobo in Jueno and we were about to make our 1st run!
