I would like to modify my answer with a question to the OP of this thread.

What are we talking here?

Are we the Warrior of Light?

Are we our Characters?

Is this sort of a IRL situation where I have to eat and sleep there?

Do my medical conditions follow me or am I 100%?

Nope we WOULD NOT be the warrior of light (he/she would be already preset from a person that already exists there) we would be our characters without the blessing. Our character bodies would work exactly as they do IRL eating sleeping restroom and yes incase the pervs are wondering sex included and all that follows if it clears that up. For ones own health it would be a clean slate 100% health nothing following you over just whatever eorzea has some benefits of the game would carry over like access to inventories switching gear just not other jobs aside from your battle class and non combat whether it be crafter or gatherer.
