If I had to participate in some form of adventurer action, I'll stick to PLD and become very conservative about how I 'play' - especially if it's an SAO scenario. If it's a log Horizon scenario then I will merge my FC with the Crescent Moon Alliance - Marielle and I share similar points of view - and stay away from the front lines and Shiroe as much as possible.

Go to Forgotten Springs for obvious reasons and live happily for the rest of my days.
Study Allagan technology and history; collect it, too - and explore Allagan ruins.
Distance myself from the Scion idiots, except Y'shtola, Krile and Urianger.
Refurbish Dun Scaith into the perfect Victorian-esque location it seems it would've been; then open it for people to live and so on - oh, and make it illegal for Lala's to be there.

Head straight to Ishgard and confess my feelings to Ser Aymeric; if he accepts my feelings, we'll get married and I bear his children.

Other than that, I would pick up the bow and begin practicing on becoming the best BRD in Eorzea; I'll be able to defend myself if I ever to run into danger. Moreover, I would be traveling a lot, singing in taverns about my adventures or other tales of Eorzea for gil. That's how I picture it
