    yess, the only thing i can imagine will happen is that the house sellers will increase the price. the house flipper who buys a house today and sells it tomorrow will throw another 10 mio onto the pricetag to compensate for all the taxes he has paid. and the naive house buyer will give him these additional 10 mio...
