One change I'd like see added to the Challenge Log

I they need to adjust exp rewards, especially for levels 50-60. Would also be nice to see it give tomes as a reward instead of exp if you complete a challenge while on a job at 60.

Yes to this. Sometimes I accidentally complete a challenge as a 60, which I was doing earlier as a leveling class and would like to be compensated for this as well. Fates, too. XP is useless if you help out in Fates at 60 or soon to be 70.

I just want to see the Beast Tribe challenges get an exp reward. Struck me as rather strange that they don't.
