Steps:
1. Open "Support Desk" from the "System" menu.
2. Use the R1 button to select the "History" tab.
3. The report history shows only report number 6682590, filed in December of 2016 and since closed (but still displayed). None of the reports filed since 31st December 2016 are displayed. Several reports have been filed - most recently regarding a problem with the Sightseeing Log entry for Thal's Respite. Not being able to see the Report History makes it impossible to track reports that have been filed and see whether there has been any response.
