So to be fair, let's just require the leve returns to be made by yourself, no? They do have the crafters name tag after all. Now I think about it, I would really like this idea. And surely people who level crafts are interested to learn how to map the items right.

Which I liked, but the leves are still there. You need do your battle leves and gather leves by yourself, why should you be able to pass crafter leves without own work.

You don't have to do battle leves by yourself. Plenty of people have lvl 60's power them in leves at lower levels. It's the Grand Company leves you have to do by yourself.
