Because it is NOT TRUE for palace of the dead! for some things sure, but when you are skipping uncovered rooms that takes maybe a 30 sec to a minute to scout and there maybe be 3 silvers in there while a monster drops a 4th, from one room, and I seen this happen, vs pushing people with 20-30 aetherpool never finding chests because they are not on a direct route to the gate? To me this is just an agurment people are trying to propose to defend harassing others that people use in the DF to stop their progress.
In the end of things exp in this game is handed to you, it is easy, so why get bent out of shape to actually spending 5 extra minutes total helping someone???? WHAT A CONCEPT!!!!
For why the drama over the word, the fact they used the sarcastic remark leads me to believe they entered with the mindset of conflict and would start something if they did not speedrun, and it is not the first I seen this. In one run I did enter with my friend where we got MPKed because we got paired with another pair from our server, when questioned about it, their answer was simply 'conflict of play style" and ever got a clear answer for the MPK directly. I think using such term (and I am disagreeing with any localization argument if they know English that well with that kind of sarcastic remark) was used to see if they can stir up something since they did not like the non-speed run pace to begin with.
You have to understand, some people play to have fun, not rush rush rush everything. So if enthauptet/Judy Hopps is not having fun, and find it stressful they will simply not play. Why is this hard to understand? This is why later that day, the other friend put us in a trio just us 3 in matched to see how it goes. Well the only DPS was low aetherpool so was slow and did not find it worth doing. So they did not play rest of the day.
I do not think it is SE's goal to have a DF where one way of playing pushes people out to not playing completely, and that is the point of this thread, to show awareness of this problem, and for whatever reason, some people want to act like it does not exist.
