I thought you could still run into people you blacklist?

You can still see the blacklisted person (in your own server at least), but it doesn't show you what they're saying in other chats.

I know the chat thing. What I meant was if I blacklist someone i thought it doesn't stop me from seeing them in the duty finder again.

Ah, I actually haven't heard of something about Blist doing that, from other players or the devs. It should if it doesn't.
