That's an offensive dispel, as opposed to a defensive dispel, which removes a harmful effect off of a party member or other ally.Huh? Yeah it does. Dispel means to remove something off you are fighting, so removing something that benefits like One Ilm Punch, so my friend was confused why this was being asked when something was dead and during downtime. She also did not see any effect that needed esuna/erase/leeches (w/e term you wanted to use) so asking for "dispell" + insult was way out of line, only to spam leeches on top of that split seconds later? Makes the following quotes simply not true and story twisting:
