    Cannot Connect to the NA Severs

    I've tried over the last two hours to connect to the NA servers, and I get an error 2002 each time. I can connect to every other Shard, but Aether and Primal. Is anyone else having this same issue?

    It's possibly due to the server transfer coming up. Check your net connection and try again a few times.

    Your ISP is likely having routing issues connecting to them so unfortunately not much you do but shout at them (they'll probably deny it and/or the person you speak to won't know what you're talking about), wait it out, or use 3rd party VPN software to route around the problem.

    If you want to do your own traceroutes to see where the problem is (not that you'll be able to do anything about it though!) you could try doing a traceroute to 199.91.189.33 which is one of the IPs in the datacentres mentioned.
