This will never be implemented and this thread should move onto discussing something that actually might happen. like the wish list idea you posted. that might actually happen and is a good idea. Shopping cart will never happen.
But this happens now! Two people could be looking to buy the same item off the same retainer and one of them is going to leave disappointed. Every time you attempt to purchase something from the Market Wards there is always a chance someone will swoop in seconds before you and snatch up that item.
