Hello all, SE i love this game, and i want to make some suggestions for future about raiding and dungeons. first of all i want to make realistic suggestions unlike before, if we suggest something too drastic, then it will not be considered FFXIV which is the reply we get sometimes in live letter.

Raid Difficulty: not sure if it's planned to add 3 tier raid like WOW, but you should consider it, if its too late for 4.0 , perhaps 4.1? here is my suggestion :

1. Easy difficulty, for story mode, similar to before .
2. Medium/Hard Difficulty, suitable for mid core groups. Alexander creator difficulty was fine mostly may need some tuning.
3. Extreme Difficulty, can not be cleared by server 1st groups in the first few weeks, similar to Alexander 3 Savage Difficultly, i want to see server First groups complaining about this on twitter and finding it impossible at first.

rewards(important):
1. Easy difficulty: same as before some basic raid gear is fine, nothing special here.
2. Medium/Hard Difficulty: again same as before, the raid weapons and bis armors etc.
3. Extreme Difficulty: few options here, but i would love to see Augmentation tokens for the raid gear, instead of added item level, something to enhance cross class skills or abilities. let's say "rampart +1" or such. or blood for blood+1. since the cross class abilities are shared now, then this is very possible to implement. for a healer maybe MND Bonus, or divine seal bonus etc.


now enough with the raids, basic dungeons need fixing really badly.
for 4 years we have the same standard 4-man dungeon, they are really satasha with just different textures. some of the most fun dungeon implementations was the 8-mans like castrum meridianum, i know some are totaly boared of it, but thats because the dungen is 4 years old. when the game was first released it was really fun doing that dungeon. give us the option to go in the dungeon with a party composition of our choosing, if we want to go 4 SMN and 4 choco, or 2 PLD and 6 squadron players, let us choose how we want to do the dungeon, and stop with the "expert" dungeons with TANK being the only instant queue. let us have more freedom, because this is an MMO it's the players who make the rules how they want to play the game and enjoy our self's, for some they may prefer the usual setup of 1 tank, 2 dps , 1 healer. but i think takes away a lot from the imagination of playing an MMO if you do it like that.

there is other things i would like to suggest, but i will stop here , hopefully someone can hear this in SE and think about it, this would be a first step to a better, long lasting MMO...
