Allow MSQ Fast Track To Latest Expansion

If they add a story skip potion and a level boost potion I think its only fair to package it with the next expansion after SB so that as a veteran I can story skip an alt & level boost on another server.

If they did do that pretty sure it would be part of the the more expensive CE version and not the standard version.
