It's been said but I'll just parrot it, tell em to come in now and finish it up. Not that much of a grind and if it is friends you and them should be able to plow through a lot of them with little to no issue. I even invited a bunch of new people from a discord I joined for another game and they are all currently burning through content quite quickly, granted 1 of them has an alt and started fresh on our server so he may be guiding em more but still.
