Mog Station QOL Idea

Not sure I've ever seen this asked for but... SE, if you REALLY want my money.. I mean REALLY want my money.... You should give me a cart or wish list option in the Mog Station. I have been eyeing some items lately (WAY too many items) and as silly as it may sound... The fact that I have to purchase each of these lovely creations separately has at least temporarily deterred me from making any purchases. 4 clicks just to get to the option of payment 5 or 6 to confirm purchase? when I have at least 10 items I may buy? smh My desire for your fancy items, clothes and emotes laments this inefficiency but my wallet thanks you. Please... consider a cart.

I don't understand why there is no shopping cart. It's not something that should be that hard to implement and it is annoying when purchasing more than one item.

You mainly see cart option in online stores that deal with real items. The Blizzard launcher shop doesn't have a cart option either. I think if you go to the merchandise online shop you will find the cart option but I think it is a good thing that we don't have it on purely digital goods for the game only.

A lot of things I kinda want but do not buy is out of spite from this fact. I want cherry trees but 5 each is too much, I want the emotes and dances and stuff but 7 is too much, im trying my best not to need 6 retainers, because it costs too much. A song for 3 dollars is too much. They really should have 2 prices for everything, the current could be account wide pricing while giving much cheaper price for a single character. The only prices that I see as reasonable is the weddings and Phial of Fantasias.

I would tend to agree with you. The items for current prices should be account wide. However I'm not really talking about cost here and is sort of irrelevant to the point of the thread. This is really only about how cumbersome it is to buy multiple items from the mog station. All other comments I made were intended for humor.

This is a thread aimed with a goal how to get more sales in the mog station correct? adding the cart thing yes is a big help, but maybe they do not have that because they do not expect people wanting a lot of stuff with the current pricing? no idea =/ I was simply adding more on how get more sales, more money from people, and I would gladly spend money on extra stuff if they where not overpriced.

Nah, my point really wasn't how they could get more sales. I really just want the QoL addition of a cart regardless if it would help their sales. Adding a cart just makes it more user friendly. Fact is if I want it I will buy it regardless. Even if it is tedious to buy multiple items at once. Hence why I am deterred only temporarily.

When the player subscribed sustain rate per month surpasses over 1 million, then they can think about it. The stuff in the shop are just luxury items. So they're going to be priced that way. There isn't a big enough player base to put them up cheap. They know people are going to buy them at whatever price they place it.

Supply is infinite so the only thing that is a factor in sales is cost. As cost goes down, you get more sales. This means say 50 people want a dance emote for 7 dollars (350 in sales), if we decrease that to 5 dollars 80 people may want it then (400 in sales) if it is decreased to 2 dollars, 300 people may want it. The thing with this as a virtual store it leaves out supply factors and production cost, as both those factors would also contribute to the best price to sell something for the most profit. It does not matter if they are a luxury item or not, they are shooting themselves in the foot with the high costs.

Sorry I actually do not know what QOL is, I just saw it as a mog station suggestion to help sales.
