Can you stop making TT tournament over luck

I mean what's the point in doing a tournament if it's not even based over skill but luck? The TT tournament with plus rule is fine and show who can make his way by thinking faster than the other. But the tournament with the exchange rule? basically since you are still not able to break the 4* card limit we all end up with 4 card 3* that has 2 sides of 8 value because that the only ones that can't be taken except by the only 4* or 5* your opponent has and that can easily beat an opponent just a bit weaker than you. So what happen when the exchange rule just take your only 4* / 5* card and give you one of you opponent's 3* card? Well you can just watch as your card are useless and he just win without even thinking. At this point you can just hope that either you get your opponent strongest card, or the exchange just exchange cards of the same rank. But honestly there's no fun in playing in a tournament when you know your place will be randomly chose by the game's RNG.

I don't get it. Over all your rare card limit expands as you collect more cards. So in a way is more of how many cards you have collected that can give you an edge. As per tournament rules they can always vary and depends on how well you know the rules. You can edit your deck or just go with recommended. I think you may just lack some knowledge on the more complex rules.

You can't break higher than 3* limit. You will never see someone with a deck of 4* atm. What make the difference between 2 players in a duel without specific rule right now is the only 4*/5* they possess.

The swap rule should only exchange cards of the same star value or not be used in tournaments. Yeah, it's completely unfair when it randomly gives away your only 5-star card in exchange for a 3-star from the opponent, deciding the winner before the first turn.
