[FFXIVLogin] Maintenance?

Details:
[DEC 08 @ noon(approx.)] I was playing normally until I crashed with a "Server (error?)" help window pop-up. Attempting to log back in from Windows OS, Display screen after sending login info gives me standard maintenance message, (Which if I recall correctly was last seen during the beta stage last year). This is my first experience with this problem. Acknowledged around noon @ DEC 08th. Despite some effort to resolve the problem locally, I ended up reinstalling the FFXIV game completely (removing all associated files, to include inside [My Games] folder.) Problem still persists.

Steps:
1. Experienced a game crash while playing FFXIV.
2. Attempted to log back in immediately after the game crash by restarting the game.
3. Received a "Maintenance" message in four different languages immediately following sending personal login information.
4. Attempted login procedures throughout a 7 hour period, with no luck with resolve.
5. Reinstalled FFXIV client through CE DVD.
6. Attempted to login with same "Maintenance" message.

Platform: PC (Laptop)
