    the item did show the promotion, it was sold by amazon and it was 2 days ago and I contacted amazon customer support and they gave me codes that were not long enough and that were invalid, so they were no help.

    Well you need to go back and contact amazon again no one here can help you with that type of problem.

    I had issues with my codes and I had to live chat with them since calling them by phone ended up being useless.

    Did you use those 16 digits code on the redeeming site to get your 20 digits item code ?

    This right here is likely the issue. The code amazon sends you is for that site, which in turn will email you 3 separate codes that you can enter into the mogstation.
