new Amazon dlc problem

I am not sure if this is the right place or if someone has already made a topic, but I have not recieved my amazon dlc code for the ffxiv dlc, I have bought something that is at least 19.99 like it said to and I have not got my dlc code at all. the promotion ends on the 8th anyone please?

The item must also be sold and shipped by amazon. As long as the item showed the promotion available on the page at the time of purchase you should get the code within 48 hours. If you're worried you can always contact amazon customer support. If you think you might have missed the message with the code, amazon keeps a copy of the messages it sends out in the message center (My Account > Message Center > Other Messages).

Well you need to go back and contact amazon again no one here can help you with that type of problem.

I had issues with my codes and I had to live chat with them since calling them by phone ended up being useless.

Did you use those 16 digits code on the redeeming site to get your 20 digits item code ?

This right here is likely the issue. The code amazon sends you is for that site, which in turn will email you 3 separate codes that you can enter into the mogstation.
