Steps:
  1. Open your Linkshells or Free Company window
  2. Scroll down the list of names with your mousewheel (there must be enough people to enable the scroll bar)
  3. Left click on the Linkshells or Free Company window's scroll bar
  4. The scroll bar should remain in its current location, instead it jumps back up to the top of the list
  5. This does not happen with any other window that I tested
