what do the ps4 users do when they don't have a comp nearby to use the website as effectively as one who would? For gatherers: http://www.ffxivclock.com/
Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.
There is an FFXIVclock app. (◡‿◡✿) (◡‿◡✿) (◡‿◡✿)
There are a lot of third-party apps/sites that do everything you're talking about already. The problem is that everything is too decentralized. Someone needs to merge all of them into one site because when crafting I have to open like 5 different sites. Would be nice to have it in-game though. I support this idea.

going oldschool (pen and paper), or write a macro that list the times ( /echo time; item (slot); location)
I mean if they put a function like FFXIVclock.com ingame, then what would be the reason to hide the times in the gatherer log?

Personally, I think it would make sense that once you've found it, the time you found it should be recorded in the log.
With all the addons or whatever it's not really necessary, but from the characters perspective, why would they not write down that they found x node in the morning/midday/evening in z zone.
