Ceremony of Binding - Abandonment​ & Transfers

So a few questions regarding the Ceremony of Bonding if anyone can assist.

Let's say you've decided to permenantly postpone the ceremony, yes you can just wait till your ready to reserve time/date but what if it's not going to happen anytime soon and you want to abandon the quest. Is it possible to restart the quest at a later date, what or where would you need to start from?

Secondly, if one of the partners (or both eventually) is considering moving to a different world, is the bracelet still bound to said partner? If the partner who left the world decided to come back, could they continue the Ceremony quest with the same partner?

You can abandon these quests at any given time, but you need to do the following prior, make sure you're putting your ceremony clothes into one of your retainers (don't leave it in your inventory or armory), or pick them up in general if you haven't, they won't be available after you abandoned the quest, at the npc any longer.

Open your quest journal and click abandon, it will tell you to see a specific npc over by the chapel, go to the npc and talk to him, pick the option to cancel/abandon (in some cases it's enough to just abandon the quest itself from your journal)

Delete the bracelet, next time you are getting married to someone else or even same person, just pick up a new bracelet prior and you can accept the quests again, but will have to start from the beginning again. If you paid for your bracelet instead of just picking the free one, there will be no refund and you won't be able to re use the bracelet and would have to pay again next time you decide to get married.

If someone server transfer's the bracelet won't show the players name anymore but will state something "updating character information" at the bottom. However the bond is broken after that, even if the partner transfers back, you would have to re marry the person the same way as explained above, there's no continuing where you left off.
