    Your comparisons are community driven problems, that got "rules" added to it, because the community couldn't solve it themself without rules.
    Aetherites are not placed by players, they are placed by the devs who have for sure long thought about where to place the Aetherites and why (near settlements or friendly beastmen daily camps and not in strongholds, as an example).
