I thought it was called a 'hunt' - so go out and find them (but they're kinda all known, but still "out there in the wild").
I guess we could just have all of them stand next to the hunt board in Stormblood's major quest hub, in an orderly line, holding signs saying what order to take them and any strat tips.

Honestly I feel like HW areas are about the right size and have enough aetherytes. We need some traveling...not everything should be teleport walk 5 seconds and you are there.
I gather quite often and while the timed nodes are only 1hr if I prepare I always get there in time. If I miss them sometimes well I wasn't ready to go so I just set the early alert a bit earlier on garland bell to help me out. If you don't know garlandtools then search it. It is a nice gathering website that has alerts/timers for gathering and can help you be ready to head out to them.


I have many points to make but will now make one. Timed nodes were longer in ARR. Making them shorter I HW was intentional choise, to force gatherers to plan and prioritize. The game works as it should on that regard. Also an adage from otherwere, "A lack of planning from your part does not constitute an emergency from mine."
