I hit level cap 3 years ago when i bitch slapped all you whiny nerds saying i couldn't do titan on Warrior or Coil xD

but it is no secret that the consistency of mudra latency is anything but consistent - it's a problem that has been present in the ninja job since day 1. Sorry playing DRG in DF feels like trying to dress my sister's kids. I mean, obviously the tank has to move. As a tank, I know this. But I also know the group's DPS will be lower if I do not help the DPS do their job by making it easy for them by using good positioning by not moving unpredictably, keeping enemies backs out of inaccessible areas etc.

and playing ranged dps is so totally ez mode

in most games you really don't even have to deal with mechanics as much. if a tank is being stupid, you are not the first to be punished for his transgressions. Hell, they are not even the first to be punished for it; Melee DPS are. Aggro something a little too soon so you can keep your huge damage buff up? It's okay, provoke + lob its all good. Melee DPS? like a shotgun to the dick. Used an execution ability? Guess who isn't locked into an animation frame the same exact moment a deadly 1 shot AoE goes out.

there is a long list of reasons why ranged dps are easier to play but it mostly boils down to lack of liability

bard is a job with a very low skill floor and a very high skill ceiling
i guess i am nitpicking but i just don't see raiding as something so complex that it would require extraordinary skill to do. the most valuable skill you can have in this hobby is the ability to communicate & lead.
