nevermind the fact that 50 was the level cap in 2.0 since y'all (and by y'all i mean everyone who is annoyed that i dont enjoy the monotony of a ranged dps class) keep wanting to go there, but classes do not change that much from 50-60 and you don't have to be level 60 to know how a class generally plays. For example; you only needed to be level 30 to know how bad Ninja Mudra lag is.

DPS classes in this game feel really lame all around and I say that as someone who pretty much exclusively plays damage roles in games. I don't know how you guys stand it.

Seems that you still have a LONG way to go. The day you actually reach 60 on all classes and master them (you still in baby steps) you are gonna comeback and look at this thread that you created and you're gonna feel like a right fool.

No disrespect but you haven't got a a clue as to what are you talking about. I would understand if you were at lvl 60 and tried it all but you are faaaaaarr behind from a lot of people right now. Go to 60 and comeback to us. You are still in the process of learning.

the thread was a bit of a rant and i guess it could have been worded better as not to offend the many ranged dps (and a few dragoons) who have come to take the piss so that the subject matter may have been discussed

but man if you like bard or another ranged dps thats cool or whatever

you shouldn't care so much what other people think of it if you enjoy it

But personally I have trouble actually enjoying playing a DPS class in this game which is weird for me because I generally prefer to play DPS. They all feel so similar and have that familiar boring or annoying feeling.

DPS classes don't change much from 50 to 60?

The amount of BRDs that stopped being BRDs after they got Wanderer's Minuet disagree with you, I'm sure.
If you don't have any DPS to 60, I don't see how you can say they aren't any different compared to their level 50 counterparts.

Aside from BRD, BLM is also different at 60 compared to 50. Just to name another DPS outside of my main. Perhaps you should have experience before you make such claims.

you are saying range is weenie but you don't even know how to master brd. you say positionals of melees are to complicated or to dumb but you say you mastered them all? now you are asking for a cls which either isnt range nor based on any combo or positional system? so you just want a brainless hack & slay melee dd? cause you are just unmotivated to take work within? not able to learn complex concepts? just laziness? ... most likely you are just trollin'... .____.
