Mog mail ingame error for Stormblood pre purchase ingame item

Hi, I have pre purchase stormblood digital collector edition from store and have received the early access code. I also have redemmed that code in mogstation too.

When i login in game and check mogmail, and then some description about mail pop up (im guessing an error and immediately close it) and I didnt receive the 2 ingame item yet(wind up red mage and an earring).

When i try to redeem the code again from mogstation it said i already redeemed the code.

I suspected because my mailbox has more than 20 mail in it and did some clean up. I have waited around 2 hours and no mail about the item received.
I also tried the right corner button in mog mail to immediately send reward but still no mail yet.

Do anyone have similar issues?

You don't get the earrings and the wind up minion until the stormblood early access , so we have like 40 days left, until you can get those items

Have you cleaned your old messages out for other messages such as veteran rewards to come in if you have them? Also yes the other person is correct you won't get the bonus items until SB releases.

Oh, that make sense. I actually also bought smthing frm mogstation and probably this error message is for that item, not the SB ingame item. Thanks for your help !

What? you got your code already? I preordered months ago and still didnt get my early access code.

Yea, i guess its the code for SB early access thing, minus the minion and earring for now. Check your promotion tab in you email - if you are using gmail.

You get it within minutes of pre-ordering assuming you do it from Square Enix's online store. If you preordered from a 3rd party then I don't know when the timeline is for receiving the codes.
