    Mog mail ingame error for Stormblood pre purchase ingame item

    Hi, I have pre purchase stormblood digital collector edition from store and have received the early access code. I also have redemmed that code in mogstation too.

    When i login in game and check mogmail, and then some description about mail pop up (im guessing an error and immediately close it) and I didnt receive the 2 ingame item yet(wind up red mage and an earring).

    When i try to redeem the code again from mogstation it said i already redeemed the code.

    I suspected because my mailbox has more than 20 mail in it and did some clean up. I have waited around 2 hours and no mail about the item received.
    I also tried the right corner button in mog mail to immediately send reward but still no mail yet.

    Do anyone have similar issues?
