It will not happen before paying, as its stated to be alleviated after 1.20b, this is a very big dissapointment, making a very good feature almost redundant. People do scam so you'll have no choice but to hunt the retainers.

Least it works for everything else that HQ doesn't matter so much or isn't included (Shards XD)
