Sounds like you need to set keybinds. I play on ps4 so it'd be better if a pc player gave you some tips
What Job exactly are you wanting help with? I assume some people have different layouts for each one.
Sorry I guess Tsubaki is correct in that i'm looking for specific key-binds. I'm trying to work with enochain and I hate just mousing over from button to button but all of my other usual keys are used up. as a healer I use a separate bar for healing spells and dps spells but blm is a bit of a different story.
Simple - Hidden Bars.
Simple - Unhidden Extras.
Inspiration is good, but outright copying means you're not making something that really suits. Finding comfortable keybinds & UI for yourself is one of the first things anyone should do when it comes to MMORPG's, because they're games designed to be played for long periods, so comfort and accessibility is king. I personally don't see a point to having multiple different layouts for different classes, but that's just me. I have the same format for most MMORPG's I play - buttons bottom, other details top & sides - CLEAR view of the action in the center (must have, for me - I cringe when I see UI's with buttons and derpy stuff smack in the center or near the character). If you find yourself getting overwhelmed:
You have 10 Hotbars in total and can alter their shapes & class-sharing. This gives you plenty of freedom to mould them around your screen however you prefer.
You can make 'macros' to combine multiple abilities into one button (not advisable), as well as others to hide/show certain bars when you press it - like I did above - if I want to swap classes, I press my 'extras' button to bring up emotes/class buttons, click what I want, then re-hide it. Those extras are 'shared' across all classes, whereas ones with class abilities aren't, so once you've configured them, you can forget about them//use them for every class you play.
Just experiment.

Dunno if it will help you out at all but its what works for me. Pretty much any keys near WASD are purposed for skills, mainly because I can't really stretch my fingers further than the 5 on the keyboard.
4 is for PvP skills. 5 I have those set to alt (Alt and Cntrl set as side buttons on my mouse) and are skills I rarely use, if at all.

This is what I've been working with so far
Macros on the left toggle a few hidden hotbars for gear sets/mounts/macros etc (Like this)
Keybinds themselves are kind of split into different sections and I try to keep like skills in the same areas
12345(alt+z)(alt+q)(alt+e)(shift+q)(shift+e)rf
zxcvtg(alt+r)(alt+f)(alt+x)(alt+c)qe
shift+zxcvtgrf12(alt+1)(alt+2)
May look strange, but there is some kind of logic to it...probably
