HUD Layout transfer pc to ps4

hi, i'm missing the game from few year,
i wish to know if SQEX introduced a system for transfer HUD layout and Action & traits organization from pc to ps4 and vice versa

Not currently, yet they do have a very similar feature in place that was developed for people upgrading from PS3 to PS4. In that situation, you can upload a bunch of (normally local) configuration data to the server from a PS3 system and then download it to a PS4 system. It's not complete, and in fact if I remember right, the HUD Layout is not included and I don't remember whether Character Configuration settings are, but you can copy at least your gear sets and hotbars that way.

If SE would take that as a starting point; expand it to include HUD Layout as well as character configuration (if it's not there already); and make it omni-directional, so you can upload settings from any platform and download them to any other platform rather than uploads specific to PS3 only and downloads specific to PS4 only, they'd have a system that would greatly enhance cross-platform play.
